Gruhment ("we", "our", "us") is an apartment management application that helps housing societies manage members, maintenance, expenses, notices, and related activities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and web platform.

Account Information: Login credentials (password stored encrypted using bcrypt)

Your data is shared only within your apartment community (members, parmukh/admin)
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay (subject to their privacy policy)

Your Rights

Access: You can view your personal data in the app at any time
Correction: You can update your profile information
Deletion: You can request account and data deletion from the Profile screen. Your request will be processed by the admin.
Export: You can export your data via the Export Data feature
Withdraw Consent: You can stop using the app at any time

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from the Profile screen in the app. Your request will be sent to the apartment admin for review and processing. Once processed, all your personal data, maintenance records, and payment history will be permanently removed from our servers.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
